At Toypediya, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds. In cases where a refund is applicable (as outlined below), we will issue a store credit that can be used for future purchases. However, in certain valid cases where the customer does not wish to make another purchase, the admin may approve a refund to the original payment mode.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To claim a refund or replacement, you must provide an unboxing video as proof of the issue. Claims must be made within 1 days of receiving the parcel. We will assess the issue and either offer a full or partial refund or a replacement, depending on the nature of the damage.

Refunds or replacements are applicable in the following cases:

  1. The item was damaged during transit.

  2. There is a manufacturing defect.

  3. A wrong item was delivered.

  4. If we confirm the order but are unable to ship due to reasons such as the product being out of stock, a refund will be processed within 5-10 working days.

In cases where return shipping is required, we will arrange the return shipment. If we are unable to arrange a pickup, the customer must ship the product back via a reliable postal service with proper packaging.

Return of a Product

For wrong or damaged items, we will arrange a return. If pickup is not available in your location, you must courier the item back to us. We recommend using India Post or another reliable courier service.

  • The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.

  • If you ship the item back, we will reimburse Rs. 50 per kg for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased during Mega Warehouse Clearance Sales or any other sale events are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Final Decision & Policy Updates

Our policies are subject to change in accordance with government E-commerce guidelines. The final decision regarding any return or refund request will be taken by the company.
