Shipping Policy

  • We ship across India using leading couriers.

  • Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12 PM (on a working day) are shipped the same day. Orders after 12 PM are shipped the next business day.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Standard: 48-72 hours.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Prepaid Orders: No minimum value

    • Free Shipping: On all orders 

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking email once your order is shipped.

Cancellation Policy

  • No cancellations after shipment.

  • If you can’t receive the order, shipping, packing, and 3% payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation Requests:

    • Allowed only if the order status is "pending" in your account.

    • Must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order.

    • A 10% restocking fee (excluding shipping) applies to approved cancellations.
